Let's get walking or running to raise awareness and funds for 22q. This are taking this virtual event, and making it a reality and will take place on Saturday, May 19, 2024. Whether you sign up to run or walk, let's get moving and feel united. 22q is the SECOND MOST COMMON genetic disorder after Down Syndrome, yet it's less known and harder to diagnose. 22q has a rate of occurrence in 1 in 2,000 births and is found in 1 of 68 children born with a heart defect!

Now, ABLE accounts offer a better quality of life for people with disabilities across the country.

The 22q Texas Family Camp and Retreat is a unique experience, and the only one in the country for families living with 22q. Our retreat provides a safe environment for those with 22q11.2 chromosome differences and the families who love them. 22q is complex genetic condition with over 200 possible anomalies, but no two patients are affected in exactly the same way, often making diagnosis challenging.
